  I have to agree with Charlie Ferguson on these guys, great sales pitch and not so great on actual installation. This was new construction and the crew who installed the nearly 1400 feet of hardwood installed boards that had knots with holes in them. I called Kenny and he told me it was because the flooring was edge matched and each board out of the box was edge matched to the next board and they had to fill the knot holes which after some investigation I found out wasn't true and in fact the manufacturer even instructs you to mix boards from different boxes to get a better random color mix. Edge match meant each piece was cut square and tongue and grooved. The finishers who showed up actually replaced these boards upon my request and told me they should not have been installed in the first place.
  
  The tile work was very good in the guest bathroom and not so much in the shower of the master bathroom. We had selected tile that was over $47 a SF and it had grooves in it that had gold color in the grooves. Well when they grouted it, they never cleaned the grout out of the grooves. It took repeated contacts by my builder to get someone out to clean the grout out and even after that I am now cleaning it myself because many of the grooves still has grout in them.
  
  If you plan on using them you better watch them like a hawk and be right there or else you may end up with a less than desired results like I did.
  
  Warranty work Part 2:
  
  I had problems with grout coming out and tiles cracking and the finish coming off. I contacted Exact and spoke to Kelly who claimed to be an owner. This was in Mid February. We are now in Mid May and today I went in to take the tile so I could have someone else do the work. Kelly whom I spoke to numerous times both by phone and in person was unreliable and did not seem to have any urgency to correct the problem. I was made several promises to have some one come over and at one point was told that the tile was discontinued which I then called American Olean and found out they still made it. When I challenged Kelly on this she backtracked and told me she meant her distributor had stopped carrying it. The tile being discontinued and a supplier not carrying it anymore are two different things and not near the same. Finally on April 7th I called Kelly to find out what is going on and she sends me a picture showing that the tile was broken and she had to get more. In early May I stopped in the store to find out what is going on and the tile is sitting at the store and apparently has been there since April 18th since that is the date on the box it came in. Kelly never bothered to call to arrange a date for the warranty work to be done. I get promised it will be done on Monday May 8th and of course no one shows up so I get a hold of Kelly who promises it will be done on Friday May 12th which comes and goes with no one again showing up. I went in today Monday May 15th to get the tile and I get the same apology I have gotten so many times before that I know it means nothing and I told Kelly that. Of course she does nothing to try and fix the situation and instead just hands me the tile. I felt like she was happy I was finally out of her hair. Bottom line is their warranty isn't work anything and Kelly never follows up with you even though she made promise after promise to call me back and only once out of 10-12 times did she ever call me back. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
  
  Once I got the tile home it was not the right tile. My tile had a gloss finish and the tile they ordered had a satin finish. I couldn't even use it. I ended up ordering tile from another tile retailer and replaced it myself.
